Tuition Policy

  1. Each class at Center Stage has a YEARLY TUITION FEE.
  2. Monthly installment payments are not to be considered a “monthly fee.” Holidays, etc. have been taken into consideration when calculating the yearly fee. Missed classes may be made up if another class is available (discuss with instructor). If necessary, there may be extra practices scheduled prior to the Spring Performance, but you will not be expected to pay additional tuition.
  3. Payment plans include:
    a. Eight equal installment payments (September – April)
    b. One lump sum, full year payment due 9/24. Full year payment will receive 5% discount, as long as payment is made by 9/24.
    c. Two payments due Sept 24 and Jan 21.
  4. Center Stage offers discounts for multiple classes taken within the same family. Each dancer within the family pays full price for the highest cost class, then receives 10% discount on additional classes. Examples:
    a. Single dancer with three classes: One class at full price; two classes with 10% discount.
    b. Two dancers with one class each: Each class is at full price.
    c. Two dancers with two classes each: Two classes at full price; two classes at 10% discount.
  5. Payments are due the first week of the month and no later than the 10th of each month. A $10 late fee is automatically added to your account if your payment is not received by the 10th day. Late fees are not negotiable.
  6. Payments may be made at class time (there is a designated area at the desk) or mailed to Center Stage. Please remember to allow for mail time; mailed payments arriving after the 10th of the month will receive a $10 late fee.
  7. If your child is ill or classes are cancelled during the first week of the month, your payment is still due no later than the 10th of the month.
  8. If your account is delinquent by two months, your child may not attend class until the account is up-to-date.
  9. A $15 fee, plus any additional bank charges, will be assessed for all returned checks.
  10. All tuition and other outstanding balances must be paid in full to receive performance costume(s) and to participate in the end-of-year performance. This will be enforced.
