JAZZ is an extremely popular form of dance; the music is upbeat and fun. Dancers begin class by stretching and work on their flexibility with an emphasis on correct body posture and alignment. Class continues with floor progressions, which are increasingly more challenging at each level. Center floor combinations complete the jazz class time.
